SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
It’s understandable to want your games ASAP. That’s why we ship daily at 3PM (except on weekends and holidays). That means, if your order is placed by 2PM, it’ll be out the same day! We ship expedited, which is quite quick, you can read more about Canada Post’s expedited shipping program here.
We offer a hassle-free three-day return policy. That means returns are accepted, no questions asked for any reason within that initial three-day period. Please note that returns must be paid for by the customer.
Please ensure that you’re happy with the quality of the product in the images (where applicable) prior to purchasing. If you’d like to see additional photos, just shoot us a message at hello@playcadia.ca and we’ll be happy to oblige.
This helps us alleviate a negative buying experience and reduce the number of returns due to product condition.
COVID PROTOCOL:
Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we cannot guarantee delivery times as Canada Post can’t provide firm timelines due to unforeseen facility shutdowns.
Rest assured that we wear PPE when picking and shipping orders, and sanitize all product with disinfectant prior to shipping. In the event that a team member tests positive for the virus, we will cease operations for a minimum of 15 days and suspend the ability to place orders.
